We applied Detrended Fluctuation Analysis (DFA) and maximum-likelihood power-lawfitting to publicly available nuclear decay data from the International Atomic EnergyAgency (IAEA). The dataset comprises 3386 isotopes across 118 elements. DFA ofordered half-life sequences yields a scaling exponent alpha = 0. 73 +/- 0. 02 (95% CI), indicating long-range correlations inconsistent with uncorrelated noise (alpha = 0. 5). Maximum-likelihood power-law fitting of the half-life distribution gives a tail expo-nent tau = 1. 87 +/- 0. 05 with xₘin = 0. 42 s, passing the Clauset-Shalizi-Newman1goodness-of-fit test (p = 0. 31, threshold p > 0. 10). Decay energy distributions ex-hibit DFA alpha = 0. 68 +/- 0. 03. Cross-element analysis of per-element DFA expo-nents shows a mean of 0. 71 with standard deviation 0. 09 across elements with >=10 isotopes (N = 76 elements). All data, code, and methods are described below forindependent reproduction.
