This work presents a mathematical formalisation of quantum non-locality within the Fractal Quantum Holographic Paradigm (FQHP). A modified Trojan–Hopfield–Zi (THZ) action is proposed that splits physical reality into two channels: a projection channel (speed of light c) and an information channel (effective speed Vₑff). For the first time, a rigorous derivation of the value Vₑff ≈ 10⁹2 ops/s is given, not as an external postulate (the Lloyd bound) but as an intrinsic property of the recurrent hierarchy of the barrier (Nₘax = 141. 5) and the deep fractal packing (D₂ = 2. 72). It is shown that quantum entanglement is a physical process of information transfer through the highly connected deep level, which explains the “advanced rendering” effect without violating causality.
