Nearly all university professors face inherent behaviors in classrooms, college settings, and largeracademic environments, which can have a profound impact on their psychological well-being andprofessional well-being. Mind-body techniques like Prakṣa Dhyāna Meditation (PDM), which is basedon Jain-like thinking habits, can help with emotional regulation, attention management, and resilience. This research paper brings together existing research on PDM and mindfulness, examines theirbeneficial effects, and proposes a mixed-method empirical study to determine the impact of PDM onprofessors' responses to difficult behavior. A total of 15 scholarly sources were examined in depth toprovide a theoretical and empirical foundation, including intervention studies conducted in botheducational and clinical settings.
