This case highlights subretinal band regression following intravitreal methotrexate injections in a patient with recurrent RRD. Methotrexate's anti-inflammatory and anti-proliferative properties may offer a beneficial effect in mitigating subretinal proliferative vitreoretinopathy, which can be surgically challenging.
