For nonprofit groups long struggling to make headway towards their stated missions, a major overhaul may be in the cards. Often, these overhauls are spearheaded by so‐called change agents—a key leader, staff member, board member, consultant or other qualified stakeholder that facilitates, drives and implements a major organizational transformation.
