Giant condyloma acuminatum (GCA) is a highly morbid, rare, and difficult to treat clinical entity. It is a locally invasive tumour of the anogenital region that is classified as between condyloma and squamous cell carcinoma. Treatment requires radical surgical resection and, given the location of the tumor, often requires complex reconstruction. The present case represents an extreme example of this condition and highlights the need for excellent, coordinated, long-term multidisciplinary care to achieve an optimal outcome for patients affected for this pathology.
