Abstract

Chitosan modulated physiological and metabolic responses in Salvia rosmarinus, improving resilience and phytochemical profile under abiotic stress. This is the first report demonstrating foliar-applied chitosan's effectiveness in Salvia rosmarinus facing drought and heat. © 2026 The Author(s).
