This original study investigates air quality conditions in Ibeju Lekki, Lagos, through the analysis of key atmospheric pollutants including PM2.5, PM10, NO₂, O₃ and the Air Quality Index (AQI). The study utilizes data obtained from the Plume Labs air quality monitoring application to assess pollutant trends and evaluate air quality levels within the study area. The research further examines the potential environmental and public health implications associated with air pollution exposure for residents, workers and passersby in the vicinity and highlights practical measures that can help reduce exposure and improve air quality management.
