Derives the next-to-leading-order correction to the UFFT baryon asymmetry formula. The LO result η = α³/648 = 5.997×10⁻¹⁰ lay 1.8% below observation. The NLO correction from (V−F)(E−F) = 220 independent topological channels at the electroweak bubble wall gives η = α³/648 × (1+√17/220) = 6.109×10⁻¹⁰, 0.09σ from Planck 2018. Zero free parameters. This closes the last genuinely open numerical gap in the framework.
