We describe the software implementation of the star tracking system for extended observations with the upgraded Zeiss-600 telescope at the Crimean Astronomical Station of Sternberg Astronomical Institute, Lomonosov Moscow State University. Positional stability is typically better than 0. 2 arcsec (std. dev. ) per frame (1 min integration) during hour-long monitoring sequences.
