A description of the device designed for atmospheric seeing measurement at the Crimean Astronomical Station of Sternberg Astronomical Institute, Lomonosov Moscow State University, is presented. The device is fixed in stationary position and directed at the Polaris. The device consists of a lens with a focal length of 200 mm and F/4 and a CMOS camera capable of capturing up to 89 fps. An accumulation time of 3–5 ms is used. A comparison of the device measurements with data from the seeing monitoring station, performed during two observation sessions at the Caucasian Mountain Observatory of Sternberg Astronomical Institute, Lomonosov Moscow State University, showed that the correlation coefficient between these data is 0. 8 and there is an offset of 0. 1^. Seeing values are measured approximately once per minute.
