There is minimal literature on the development of localized bullous pemphigoid exclusively in previously irradiated skin. Here we report a case series of bullous pemphigoid strikingly localized to areas of previous radiation therapy occurring in the setting of concomitant immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy.
