Improving the onboarding system for new employees is one of the most important challenges facing modern companies, especially in the face of dynamically changing external factors and rapidly evolving technologies. The relevance of this study stems from the fact that existing traditional onboarding approaches, characterized by outdated methodologies and inconsistent with modern trends, continue to be used in a number of organizations, making this issue particularly pressing in today’s environment. The introduction of new onboarding technologies, such as remote onboarding, mobile platforms, and the use of artificial intelligence, requires a revision of existing models and the development of more flexible and effective onboarding mechanisms. The emerging contradiction is that despite the need for a smooth yet effective integration of new employees into the workforce, the onboarding process in some organizations still fails to meet the required standards and pace of environmental change, leading to decreased employee performance and impacting the competitiveness of the organization as a whole.
