A planar Si/Cr/Ag/SiO2/Ag NPs structure was modified by femtosecond laser ablation with pulse energies in the range of 1.4 to 9.8 nJ. Raman and infrared reflectance spectra of malachite green and Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria were recorded on the original and modified regions of the substrate.
