Abstract

NLP-driven labor market intelligence project that analyzes online job postings to automatically extract and normalize required skills, group postings into meaningful demand segments using clustering, and estimate salary ranges using regression-based modeling. It transforms unstructured vacancy text into structured insights—such as in-demand skills by role and location, emerging trends over time, and comparable compensation signals—enabling specialists to monitor the job market, support workforce planning, and make evidence-based decisions.This work was conducted at Arab International University (AIU), Syria.
