Based on the core premise that the origin of the universe is light, this paper systematically expounds the mechanism of matter constitution and the process of particle generation. Research shows that matter is essentially bound and structured light energy. High-energy photons are bound by the strong force and electromagnetic force under extreme conditions to form electrons; electrons further aggregate to form protons; protons combine with electrons to form hydrogen atoms; neutrons are produced under specific environments, and finally various atoms and all things in the universe are constituted. This paper discusses in detail the conditions for matter generation, underlying mechanisms, particle properties, the origin of electric charge, atomic formation, and the two-way transformation law between light and matter, verified by particle collision experiments, forming a complete and self-consistent theoretical system of matter constitution.
