This is Paper 4 of the Charge-Entanglement Ontology trilogy. It resolves the final foundational question: the origin of the Alpha Void Tears and the nature of time itself. Alpha Void Tears exist as timeless geometric defects outside the process of time. Time emerges locally as the directional flow of vacuum pressure acting on these pre-existing defects. Entanglement is a connection through time rather than space. Measurement is the temporal fixing of a previously delocalized state. Magnetism is the localisation of emergent time. With these premises the ontology is fully non-circular and self-consistent. Alpha Void Tears exist as timeless geometric defects in the vacuum fabric, independent of the process of time. Time emerges locally as the directional flow generated when vacuum pressure \(P\) couples to these pre-existing defects. Entanglement is shown to be a connection through time rather than space. Measurement is the temporal fixing of a previously delocalized state into a definite configuration within local emergent time. Magnetism is the localisation of emergent time around a stabilized tear. With these premises the ontology becomes fully non-circular and self-consistent: one single primitive (charge polarity) and one timeless geometric object (the Alpha Void Tear) from which all observable physics — including time, causality, particles, forces, gravity as drain, dark energy as foam repair, and the cyclical recycling universe — relationally emerges. This paper completes the logical foundation of the trilogy: - Paper 1: Conceptual “cosmic plumbing” picture - Paper 2: Mathematical core and derivations - Paper 3: Testable predictions - Paper 4: Pre-temporal foundation and emergence of time The full trilogy is open access on Zenodo.
