The present archive contains the manuscript “Alysis: Branchwise Reconstructed Topology of a Curated Corpus of Physical Laws in the AC x S Space”* together with its supplementary materials. The study introduces a cartographic framework in which a curated corpus of physical laws is transformed into a shared comparative space by formula encoding, matrix construction, entropy assignment, and dyadic coarsening. Within this framework, the corpus is examined at the global rooted level, the branch level, the trait-overlay level, and through a higher-order reduction test on branch starting laws. The central result is the branchwise heterogeneity of reconstructed local topology within the shared framework. The accompanying materials include the curated corpus, the derived analytical outputs, and the files required to reproduce the reported results within the documented workflow. The archive is intended both as the publication package for the study and as a reproducible companion resource for further inspection and reuse.
