ABSTRACT Amorphous IrO x has emerged as a highly active catalyst platform for proton exchange membrane water electrolysis (PEMWE), yet its poor structural stability hinders practical deployment. Here, we report amorphous crumpled iridium oxide nanosheets (C‐IrO x NS) synthesized via a scalable, low‐temperature route with a batch yield of 50 g. Its layered architecture incorporates short‐range ordered, edge‐sharing IrO 6 octahedra motifs that stabilize the amorphous framework while sustaining superior intrinsic oxygen evolution activity. Meanwhile, the 3D crumpled morphology of C‐IrO x NS maximizes Ir sites exposure and facilitates rapid electron and mass transport within the anode catalyst layer. The resulting membrane electrode assembly (MEA) delivers excellent PEMWE performance and maintains stable operation for over 1000 h at 2 A cm −2 with negligible degradation. The superior performance was further validated in a 55 kW PEMWE stack, underscoring its potential as a highly efficient anode catalyst for industrial‐scale, long‐lifetime PEMWE.
