The article examines the corporate demographic standard as a tool of pronatalist policy, ensuring an increase in birth rates and creating favorable conditions for childbirth. The main features of the corporate demographic standard within the framework of pronatalist policy are identified. The corporate demographic standard is also characterized as a key element of corporate social responsibility. Moreover, in the current realities, the non-budget sector of the economy, which accumulates a significant portion of social and human capital, can serve as a driver and key determinant of demographic growth, despite the fact that mechanisms for integration into national policy remain fragmented. The data obtained from the sociological research allowed for a detailed examination of the corporate demographic standard as a full-fledged tool of pronatalist policy, as well as the identification of its real advantages and disadvantages. The methodological framework of this work is presented by a combination of structural functionalism by T. Parsons and the institutional approach. The methodology of the sociological research was based on a set of qualitative and quantitative methods; in this case, the qualitative method is represented by expert interviews in the form of semi-structured interviews with scaling elements (n=12), while the quantitative method involved surveying employees of enterprises in the Altai Krai (n=211). The data obtained allowed for a comprehensive characterization of the corporate demographic standard, as well as the formation of a medium-term forecast for the effectiveness of applying the corporate demographic standard in the activities of enterprises in the Altai Krai based on expert assessments of respondents. An institutional matrix has been developed to predict the effectiveness of the corporate demographic standard in the context of implementing pronatalist policy. Further research in this area is important and significant, as in modern sociological knowledge, the study of the corporate demographic standard requires the search for a universal methodological approach with sufficient extrapolation potential; on the other hand, it is necessary to conduct similar studies on the example of the activities of other regions of the Russian Federation, as well as to carry out continuous monitoring of the effectiveness of the introduced components of the corporate demographic standard in the functioning of enterprises.
