This book presents a new conceptual framework for understanding the universe as a finite, closed, and perfectly maintained cyclic system. The theory proposes that the universe has a 3-torus (ring) topology, that gravity arises from a differential processing density (Inner-Outer Gap), and that time is not a fundamental entity but a perception of computational step progress. A reset protocol (9.999... = 10, termed "Zero Return") is defined to prevent infinite divergences. Testable predictions include: saturation of redshift at z>3, anisotropy of the fine-structure constant, matched circles in the CMB, and echoes in gravitational wave ringdowns. No mathematical formalism is fully provided; this is a conceptual blueprint awaiting further development.
