MicroabstrcatMesothelioma is an aggressive malignancy with limited treatment options.Identification of biomarkers can help risk stratify patients for treatment and provide prognostic information.In this study we have evaluated tumor specific, inflammatory and cellular biomarkers in patients with both pleural and peritoneal mesothelioma and their impact on overall survival.Patients with elevated levels of these biomarkers had significantly poor overall survival.
