Focus of the figure: CTAB‐capped Au@Ag core–shell nanoparticles were developed as a colorimetric sensor for ziram detection. CTAB provided aqueous stability and strong LSPR properties. Ziram triggered nanoparticle aggregation through sulfur–metal interactions, producing a visible color change and ratiometric absorbance shift, enabling sensitive, selective, and accurate detection in milk and apple samples.
