This paper presents an application-driven reduction of Bloom lter pre-screening in sequence analysis to a quantum existence/counting task. A QRAM-compatible Bloom oracle is specied that phase-marks empty memory cells addressed by the query’s hash indices; the oracle is composed with Grover-style amplitude amplication and phase estimation so that a phase qubit picks up the phase prior to inverse-QFT readout. The construction exercises core quantum paradigms and serves as a compact educational example. Small-scale examples on positive and negative cases reproduce the expected behavior and yield counts consistent with ground truth. The prototype functions as a testbed for exploring alteDNAtive QRAM schemes and further quantum software engineering studies on real devices.
