The Conjecture of Consciousness (TCC) proposes a new theoretical framework unifying physical, biological, and cognitive processes through the principle of structured information integration. This paper introduces the core postulates of TCC, its mathematical formalism, and testable predictions that bridge neuroscience, physics, and philosophy of mind. We argue that consciousness emerges from specific topological and dynamical properties of information processing systems, offering a pathway to quantify and experimentally probe subjective experience.
