There has been increasing concern regarding mental health of students in today's competitive world. A few educational institutions are now including courses on positive psychology and wellbeing in their academic curriculum. The present study investigated the psychological and academic outcomes of a curriculum-integrated wellbeing course among undergraduate management students at an Indian academic institution. The variables considered for the study were perceived academic competence, depression, concentration, social media addition and wellbeing. The wellbeing course was considered as the intervention and pre-intervention (T1) and post-intervention (T2) data were collected from 138 students. Paired sample t -tests were conducted to analyse the data for all students, and male and female students, separately. Results revealed that concentration and wellbeing increased, and depression reduced for all students after taking the wellbeing course. For female students, all variables showed significant differences.
