Abstract:Objective :To observe the clinical efficacy of Gubitongxiao granules combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress in the treatment of early non traumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH),and provide reference for traditional Chinese medicine characteristic treatment plans for clinical treatment. Method: 64 early non traumatic ONFH patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method, with 32 patients in each group. The control group was treated with simple traditional Chinese medicine hot compress, while the observation group was treated with Gubitongxiao granules combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress. Both groups were treated continuously for 3 courses of treatment(4 weeks per course). Compare the hip joint function scores(Harris),traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores(pain, joint stiffness, limited mobility),and hemorheological indicators(whole blood high shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity)of two groups of patients before and after treatment, and evaluate the clinical efficacy. After treatment, both groups of patients showed a significant increase in Harris scores,a significant decrease in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and hemorheological indicators, and the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%,significantly higher than the control group's 75.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Gubitongxiao granules and traditional Chinese medicine hot compress can effectively improve the hip joint function of patients with early non traumatic ONFH,alleviate traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, optimize the hemorheological state, and have definite clinical efficacy, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
