中药导入治疗手部皮瓣术后成活及功能恢复的临床疗效观察（Clinical Efficacy Observation on the Survival and Functional Recovery of Hand Flap Surgery Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine Introduction）

AbstractObjective：ToexploretheeffectoftraditionalChinesemedicine（TCM）importtherapyonflapsurvivalandfunctionalrecoveryafterhandflapsurgery.Methods：Atotalof200patientswhounderwenthandflapsurgeryinthehospitalfromJanuary2024toOctober2024wereselectedastheresearchparticipants.Theyweredividedintotwogroupsaccordingtotherandomnumbertablemethod.Thecontrolgroup（n=100）receivedsymptomatictreatment，andtheobservationgroup（n=100）receivedTCMimporttherapy.Theflapsurvivalrate，handfunctionrecoveryandpainscorewerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results：Theflapsurvivalrateoftheobservationgroupwas98.00%（98/100），whichwashigherthan90.00%（90/100）ofthecontrolgroup，withχ2=5.674andP=0.017.Thehandfunctionscoreoftheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup，andthepainscorewaslowerthanthatofthecontrolgroup（P<0.05）.Conclusion：TheapplicationofTCMimportinthepostoperativetreatmentofpatientswithhandflapsurgerycanimprovetheflapsurvivalrate，relievepatients'pain，andfacilitatetherecoveryofpatients'handfunction.
