Abstract：Objective：To analyze the changes in psychological status and quality of life in liver transplant patients after receiving continuous nursing intervention. Methods：A total of 64 liver transplant patients admitted to our hospital from June 2024 to June 2025 were selected and divided into a control group（32 cases receiving conventional nursing）and an observation group（32 cases receiving continuous nursing）using a random table method. The psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results：The observation group showed superior improvement in psychological status and quality of life compared to the control group，with statistically significant differences（P<0.05）. Conclusion：Continuous nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological status and enhance the quality of life in liver transplant patients.
