Abstract: With the arrival of the Industry 4.0 era, industrial Internet of Things technology provides new ideas and methods for real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis of electrical automation systems. This article deeply explores the key technologies for real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis of electrical automation systems based on industrial Internet of Things, including sensor technology, data transmission protocols, data acquisition system architecture, fault diagnosis algorithms, etc., and analyzes the application effect of the system with practical cases. Research has shown that real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis systems based on industrial Internet of Things can significantly improve the reliability and operational efficiency of electrical automation systems, reduce the incidence of failures and maintenance time, and provide strong support for intelligent management of industrial production.
