Integrative Singularity: A Theoretical Framework for Redefining Identity, Agency, and Sovereignty in the Age of Neural Interfaces and Giant Neural Networks

We introduce the concept of the "Networked Human," whose cognitive processes (memory, attention, planning, decision-making) are distributed between the biological brain and its connected artificial structures, and whose identity is realized through structural synchronization among these layers. We then move from identity to action via "Networked Action" and a model of Layered Responsibility, then to protection via "Cognitive Sovereignty" — the individual's right to protect basic mental processes from algorithmic manipulation — then to justice via an analysis of the "Integrative Divide" in three dimensions, and finally to boundaries via the concept of "Protocol Death" as an exploratory scenario for loss of self following permanent desynchronization. We conclude with a testable research agenda including short-term indicators and limited experiments.
