This paper establishes a deterministic multi-disciplinary framework linking the Laschampgeomagnetic excursion (∼42,000 years ago) to the abrupt extinction of Homo neanderthalen-sis and the cognitive phase transition of Homo sapiens. By integrating Svante Pääbo’spaleogenomic divergence timelines with Roger Penrose’s Orchestrated Objective Reduction(Orch-OR) model of neural microtubules, we demonstrate that a near-zero magnetosphereinduces severe environmental topological stress. We mathematically prove via metabolicphysics that survival under this high-energy particle flux required an endogenous phasetransition: the strict biophysical limitation of limbic (emotional) bandwidth to ≤15% topreserve neocortical coherence.
