This study investigates the integration of AI-powered voice assistants into digital learning environments to tackle core challenges in second-language acquisition, specifically focusing on grammar, pronunciation, and student engagement. The project features the development and deployment of a custom WordPress plugin that utilizes OpenAI's GPT-4-Turbo model and web speech APIs to provide learners with real-time, interactive feedback. By evaluating the tool through a mixed-methods approach involving 75 diverse participants, the research demonstrates significant improvements: 86.7% of users found the AI helpful for pronunciation and 73.3% reported enhanced grammar awareness. The findings highlight the potential for AI voice assistants to democratize language education by providing scalable, personalized, and immersive practicing tools.
