Abstract The time difference between satellite time and Earth time indicates that time is not a synchronous abstract dimension, but a basic substance that can flow and condense. This paper proposes the Theory of Time Origin: time is the only original matrix of the universe, and space and all things are composed of time. The greater the mass, the stronger the gravitational force; the stronger the gravitational force, the higher the time density; the higher the time density, the slower the time flow rate. The Big Bang is interpreted as the hatching of a high-density time crystal egg, and cosmic expansion is the growth process of this living body. This paper unifies time, entropy, and dark matter as three manifestations of the same entity, and uses this framework to explain cosmic origin, spacetime curvature, matter generation, and the apparent contradiction between quantum mechanics and relativity. The revised version eliminates internal logical contradictions in the original text, provides operable definitions and testable predictions.
