v1.0 This work presents a phase-based framework for structural emergence within a dynamic spatial network (RT Model). The model describes physical reality as an interaction between a fixed spatial network and a dynamic frequency-based network. Structure formation is governed by phase compatibility, interaction history, and network constraints. Simulations demonstrate the spontaneous emergence of molecular-like structures (e.g., CO₂-like configurations) without predefined chemical rules. The framework suggests that structural behavior is phase-dependent and operates within bounded regimes, providing a potential foundation for extending the model toward realistic chemical and physical systems. This work represents an initial formulation. Further developments will extend the model to quantum behavior, spin, entanglement, and additional physical domains.
