The rapid growth of the digital economy has increased the demand for online platforms that connect clients with skilled freelancers. This project presents the development of a web-based Freelancing Platform built using ASP.NET Web Forms with C# and SQL Server. The system provides an efficient environment where clients can post projects and freelancers can offer their services by submitting proposals. The platform begins with user registration, allowing individuals to sign up either as clients or freelancers. After authentication, clients can create and publish project requirements including descriptions, budgets, and deadlines. These project details are securely stored in the database for easy retrieval and management. Freelancers can explore the available projects and submit proposals based on their expertise and interest. The client reviews the submitted proposals and selects the most suitable freelancer for the project. Once selected, the freelancer completes the assigned task and submits the final work through the system. The client then reviews the work and confirms completion. After approval, the platform facilitates payment processing to the freelancer. Additionally, both clients and freelancers can provide ratings and feedback, which helps maintain transparency and build trust within the platform. The system is designed to simplify the freelancing process by providing a centralized platform for communication, project management, and secure transactions. By using ASP.NET Web Forms and C#, the application ensures reliability, scalability, and user-friendly interaction. This platform aims to support remote work opportunities and improve collaboration between clients and freelancers in a structured digital environment.
