This conference presentation translated an initial empirical and conceptual model of executive compensation governance into a formal scholarly format for an international academic audience. The work integrated governance theory, nonprofit accountability frameworks, and preliminary executive compensation analysis. Since this presentation, the research has been substantially revised, expanded, and formalized into a current working paper available on SSRN:https://doi.org/10.2139/ssrn.6571798The current version includes refined constructs, expanded methodological structure, and a formalized measurement framework for board-level compensation evaluation.
