Compared the effects of risshin chairs to regular chairs among junior high school students.
Measured outcomes related to physical posture, class time perception, and subjective well-being.
Students using the risshin chair showed improved physical posture compared to those using regular chairs.
Class time perception and subjective well-being also improved in the risshin chair group.
Abstract
Although short-term, the risshin chair improved specific aspects of students' physical posture, class time perception, and subjective well-being during school compared with regular chairs.
