Yoga's ability to treat modern health disorders like coronary heart disease, COPD, obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and mental stress has been studied more recently. Yoga improves body, mind, and breath through physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation. An integrated approach combining yoga and diet may help combat obesity. A nutrient-dense diet and frequent yoga practice can help manage stress and weight, two significant contributors in overeating and obesity, according to one study. Over a six- to 12-month intervention, 96 youngsters' weight and BMI were measured. Correlation analyses were used to investigate the relationships between food, yoga, and lifestyle factors, while the Shapiro-Wilk test assessed normality. Data was statistically analysed using SPSS 21.0. The 70-160 kg group showed significant changes in energy, weight loss, and chronic health issues. Better blood sugar, musculoskeletal, and cardiovascular management were also found. Yoga boosts positivity and vitality while reducing anxiety, depression, and irritation. These studies show the clinical effects of yoga and diet as complementary therapy for obesity.
