A novel and efficient method for the synthesis of (Z)‐1‐(1‐(2‐oxooxazolidin‐3‐yl)‐2‐phenylvinyl)−1,3‐diphenylurea derivatives via Ru (II)‐catalyzed hydroamination of ynamides with phenyl isocyanates has been developed. This protocol features excellent regioselectivity with a wide range of substrate scopes of phenyl isocyanates and ynamides. Using this method, highly substituted oxooxazolidinyl phenylvinyl 1,3‐diphenylurea compounds were synthesized in moderate to excellent yields.
