Abstract: This collective review weaves together reflections on the book Insurgent Ecologies edited by the Undisciplined Environments Collective. It emerged from a discussion involving the Working Group on Environmental Politics at COSMOS, Scuola Normale Superiore in Florence (Italy), members of the Undisciplined Environments Collective, the book's authors, and their allies. This conversation inspired further reflection on the potential of collaboratively writing a book review that reflects our shared commitment to collaboration, mutual respect, and togetherness. In doing so, we seek to do justice to the collective nature of the book itself. While we do not all share the same opinions or analyses, this review offers diverse perspectives on the book's sections, encouraging dialogue and learning beyond simple consensus. Readers are invited to approach the text with its plurality of voices in mind.
