ABSTRACT Herein, we reported a combined robotic surgery approach used to manage pre‐existing ipsilateral Morgagni‐Larrey hernia and early‐stage lung cancer concurrently. The reduction of the colon into the abdominal cavity facilitated robotic lobectomy and prevented life‐threatening postoperative complications from the presence of a hernia after lobectomy.
