This work presents the NiNo Fabric model, a conceptual unified framework of the universe. NiNo is proposed as a perfect thermo-electro-magneto-mechanical converter, transforming all forms of energy into one another, storing energy within its interlocking configurations, and regulating the speed of light through its mechanical structure. The model offers physical interpretations for gravity, dark matter, dark energy, quantum tunneling, and superconductivity, proposing that the NiNo Fabric is the sole real mass in the cosmos.
