In this study, the variables to be considered are the development of the employee burnout rates of the employees working in the city of Pune in the IT sector due to the unfavorable working environment. The use of standardized questionnaire was in the collection of primary data where 100 respondents employed in various organizations related to IT were utilized. Regression and correlation tests were performed to determine the relation that is present between the attributes that make toxic work place and the levels of burnout, workload, recognition and work life balance. The results have shown that the association between burnout and toxicity was generally good and the primary method applied includes focused on the long-term view of working in unfavorable conditions, through the effects of emotional fatigue and low productivity. The study creates awareness of the urgency of managerial programs to enhance positive work ethics. This research can be beneficial to organizations and policymakers and enhance knowledge regarding employee welfare within the India IT sector.
