This record contains v3 of the bilingual HIQF main preprint package. Although the uploaded ZIP includes both Hungarian and English materials, the Zenodo metadata are provided in English for international readability. The present version introduces substantial conceptual extensions relative to v2. New subsections have been added on: Iq as a pattern-carrying minimal relation–effect unit; the extension of this interpretation across the DE–DM–M manifestation bands; premetric coherence, the Eon regime, and the DM→M transition; the interpretation of the DM→M transition as a threshold of stabilization and pattern-identity formation. As a consequence of these additions, the chapter structure, subsection numbering, and tables of contents have been updated. The uploaded package contains the updated Hungarian and English LaTeX sources together with the newly compiled PDFs. This version continues to present HIQF not as a closed final fundamental theory, but as a formalizable and falsification-oriented proto-theoretical research program. The new additions place special emphasis on the relation between pattern-based stabilization, topological binding, premetric coherence, and emergent spacetime organization.
