ABSTRACT This simulation study demonstrates the viability of mixed biomass residues (coffee husks, grounds, and rice husks) for sustainable gas‐to‐liquid (GTL) fuel production through integrated gasification and Fischer–Tropsch synthesis. Using Aspen Plus simulations, we achieved 68% gasification efficiency and 75% carbon conversion, producing syngas with optimal composition (45% CO, 35% H 2 ). The research highlights two key innovations: (1) mixed feedstocks effectively mitigate challenges of ash content and variability and (2) cobalt catalysts outperform iron alternatives, achieving 75% selectivity for diesel‐range hydrocarbons (C5+). These findings establish the technical feasibility of converting agricultural waste into renewable fuels while addressing critical gaps in GTL technology. The approach offers dual environmental benefits by valorizing waste streams and producing clean transportation fuels, advancing sustainable energy solutions.
