Lupus pernio is a chronic, disfiguring form of cutaneous sarcoidosis that is frequently resistant to conventional therapy. We report a case of treatment-refractory nasal lupus pernio successfully managed with same-session sequential long-pulsed 1064-nm Nd:YAG and 595-nm pulsed-dye laser therapy combined with low-dose intralesional triamcinolone, resulting in sustained improvement in erythema, nodularity and nasal contour without adverse effects. This case highlights a well-tolerated, locally targeted combination approach as a potential adjunct for patients with controlled systemic disease but persistent disfiguring cutaneous involvement.
