For decades, the unification of General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics has remained the holy grail of theoretical physics. By applying principles of Radio Frequency (RF) engineering and transmission line theory, we introduce the Dynamically Stable Geon Model. This paper demonstrates that elementary particles can be modeled as toroidal spacetime standing waves. Stability is achieved when classical bending losses are counterbalanced by quantum vacuum fluctuations at the resonant impedance of the vacuum (Z₀ 377\). Using symbolic and numerical proofs developed in Maple, we derive the radii, Q-factors, magnetic moments, and relativistic behaviors of the electron, muon, and proton. Furthermore, we resolve the Muon g-2 anomaly by modeling high-frequency vacuum dispersion and address the fundamental Hierarchy Problem of gravity.
