This paper presents a systematic attempt to derive the torsion density I = 0.002822 MeV2from the Cohesion UFT field equations, and reports both what the investigation establishes and what it does not. The main positive result is a structural equation:1α=360φ2−12ωC·6π2Im2e3/2·180πwhich connects α to the golden angle, the hexagonal curvature κ6 = 6/π2, and thevacuum torsion density I/m2e. With I/m2e = 0.010807 (from QED), this reproduces1/α = 137.038 against CODATA 137.036. The structural equation is a new non-trivialrelationship not previously derived from any framework. However, I itself contains αas a prefactor in QED, making a naive derivation circular. The honest conclusion isthat the structural equation is established; deriving I independently from the CohesionUFT pressure axiom and electron-photon coupling — without borrowing from the QEDvacuum polarisation — remains the one open calculation
