AbstractSupplement VI of fossil gravity theory introduced Zone ε as an independent physical structure and derived its phaseboundary condition tₘetric · tC / tP² = −1 completely. Three questions remained open: the sequence of propertyloss in Zone ε, the origin of black hole gravity when all matter has entered Zone 0, and the parameter-free derivationof the Hawking temperature without circular reasoning. This supplement answers all three from the existing framework without new assumptions. The sequence of propertyloss follows from characteristic time scales: charge loses localisation first because tcharge < tC. Mass becomes apoint in time. Spin is the last property because tₛpin → ∞. The no-hair theorem is a direct consequence. The neutron star is identified as the only stable Zone-ε site in the universe. The neutron without a spin partner is thecollapse trigger. Black hole gravity follows from the new term ZS: causal order in Zone 0 produces spacetimecurvature without a mass source term. The Bekenstein-Hawking entropy follows from nC = ¼ – from the geometry ofthe phase boundary. The Hawking temperature is derived from tₘetric^ (BH) = 2GM/c³ without circular reasoning. Theinformation paradox resolves through the time-invariance of Zone 0. Four new falsifiable predictions are derived.
